Terms and Conditions

“Worker” means the individuals who is introduced or provided to the Hirer by the Company “Assignment” means the task to be performed by the Worker for the Hirer and/or its Clients for a period of time during which the Worker is supplied by the Company to work temporarily for and under the supervision and direction of the Hirer or its Clients on labour only basis. “Worker Claim” means any complaint or claim to a tribunal or court made by or on behalf of the worker against the Hirer and/or the Company for any breach of Statute or Regulations. d. “Charges” means the hourly rate charged by the Company calculated in accordance with this Agreement. “Client” means the entity who has contracted the Hirer for its services, if any. “Confidential Information” means any information relating to the business of the Company, Hirer or Client including commercial, financial, marketing, technical or other information or date of “Contractor” means the person who is working self employed for MLS Protection.

 

The Contractor will provide and have the skills & abilities that meet the high standards and the needs, useful to the Hire and/or its Clients. The Contractor is an independent business willing to provide the provision of labour staff to MLS Protection and/or its Clients solely and irrevocably under this Service Level Agreement. The Contractor undertakes that the Contractor will not directly or indirectly, whether on his/her own behalf of any other business or entity utilise the services of any persons or companies introduced by MLS Protection Ltd. For clarification and to absence any ambiguity, this includes the use of any Contractors, Workers, Employees of the Company by any Contractor, Worker, Employee or Representative of the Hirer/clients of MLS Protection and/or its clients. By the Contractor showing acknowledgment of this Agreement and engaging the Company’s services, the Contractor agrees that services will be subject to this Agreement and understands that legal action will be taken in the event of loss of earnings or damages to MLS Protection reputation.
